Apparound launches its 2021.2 version

In version 2021.2 Apparound continues to release new features and further improvements.

What’s new in this version?
With this update we have further improved the overall performance and stability of our system. New features have also been added that can be activated upon request.

 

Salesforce.com Connector
A new native connector allows you to connect Apparound with Salesforce in just a few clicks. By connecting Apparound to Salesforce you will be able to interrogate customer, or potential customer, data present in the CRM directory from the Apparound configurator, and any offers and contracts will be automatically synchronized and updated on Salesforce.

“On behalf of” functionality
As of this release managers will have an extra tool in their toolbox to help better manage the customer portfolio of their sales force. The “On behalf of” functionality allows them to create a new offer for a new or existing customer, and automatically assign it to the chosen seller.

Field conditionality
In order to compile even more precise and detailed offers, we have introduced “cross-field conditionality” which allows you to dynamically change customer or contract fields. This will then make it possible to request the insertion of specific data depending on the value of a specific field.

Opportunity Management
Accurately track all sales opportunities! From now on it is possible to manage information on the status and value of the opportunity, date and probability of expected closure directly through the app. You will be able to create the offer starting from a previously saved opportunity and in the Sales Tracker it will be possible to find all the information relating to the offers made and related opportunities perfectly organized.

Sales Tracker
We continue to improve the Sales Tracker module with two new features that will be available immediately with this new release. To make the display of information and performance analysis even more flexible, you can hide select columns in the customer section, showing only the ones you prefer. The creation of a customer by a manager has also been enabled.
