Pre-telephone interview

The telephone interview aims to clarify some aspects related to the potential employee’s curriculum and to complete the collection of information.

It is a maximum of 15 minutes during which the HR prepare the first cognitive interview.

The interview with human resources represents the first real step towards a new job.

It is an opportunity to share your training and professional path together.

Technical Interview

The technical interview, generally held by HR and a specialist in the role, allows the candidate to interface directly with the technical area.

We enter into the details of the job and the specific skills required.

Interview with the managers

At the end of the procedure described, if the person is suitable, we move on to the last step, that is to say an interview with the area manager or the CEO.

Software Developer – Pisa (Hybrid)

Apparound is looking for Software Developer who lead by example, have a value-driven and end-to-end mindset, set their own goals, make their teams better, and demonstrate technical excellence.
As a Software Developer at Apparound you will be responsible to design and build features end to end, including system architecture, code, deployment, scale, performance aspects from conception to delivery.
You will be in a very technical company, working among very strong engineers in Agile Scrum/Kanban methodology.

Position skills and experiences required for consideration:

  • At least 2 years of design and coding experience with C# and .NET
  • At least 2 years’ experience with SQL databases programming, preferably SQL Server
  • At least 2 years in Web programming, HTML, CSS and Javascript coding. Knowledge of Javascript frameworks like Angular.js or React.js are appreciated
  • Knowledge of distributed programming models, networking programming, HTTP, REST, SOAP
  • Solid engineering practices in design, coding, and testing
  • Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, unit and integration testing and TDD methodology
  • Strong ability in problem solving, debugging and analytical skills

In the Quality Assurance @ Apparound you will deal with software testing and in particular:

Customer Delivery Manager – Pisa (Hybrid)

The main function of the Customer Delivery Manager (CDM) is to do everything necessary to successfully onboard new customers, deliver projects and support existing customers as required. Every CDM will be a Product Specialist and will be able to perform any job requested, whether that is business analysis, presales, release management, customer escalations, customer management and more. The CDM is the most flexible role in Apparound and helps the communication flow from the business requirements to the technical teams.

The CDM works closely with the Technical Teams and the customer and side by side with the Account Manager. He/She understands the functional and non functional requirements and assists in the ongoing development and support of applications. This person understands business and ensures that there is integration between business and technology. 

Tasks:

  • Support pre-sales, by being the product expert and being able to answer detailed product questions (including giving deep product demos)
  • Analyze and prepare pre-sales quotes
  • Deliver business analysis of customer requirements to technical teams
  • Manage and contribute to Sprints
  • Manage small and large customer project profitably
  • Manage product releases, ensuring every defect is successfully managed
  • Manage customer escalations and helps in troubleshooting, in filtering and validating issues and bugs raised by customers, if needed
  • Support the CEO and COO with any customer related, process request or project request
  • Support the product team with business analysis on development Sprints
  • Be the business analysis on customer projects, validating and reviewing requirements if needed
  • Be a testing resource when requested to do so
  • Training customers, partners and Apparounders on the Apparound product
  • Identify impacts on product core or customization in complex enterprise architecture.

Position skills and experiences required for consideration: 

  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology
  • Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables
  • Understanding of ITIL and ESB logic with focus on sales processes and data interchange.
  • Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills both in Italian and English
  • Good understanding of systems engineering concepts
  • Availability to business travel in Italy and abroad
  • Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related fields or equivalent work experience

Technical background in the following areas is a nice plus:

  • Microsoft server side development (C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web Services, Network Protocols, Network Security, SQL and Relational Database, Microsoft SQL Server 2005+)

Accountabilities

  • End-to-end incident management: enquires, escalations;
  • Document and handover any defects to DevOps (as per defined defect processes);

  • Customer and partner training;

Digital Marketing Specialist – Pisa (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join Apparound Marketing team. This role will help drive planning and implementing digital marketing activities for the Italian market.

Core Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to deliver engaging contents, including visually creative and copy leveraging Facebook, LinkedIn, blog and other digital tools.
  • Monitor and optimize lead generation and contact acquisition programs across different channels (email, social media, online portals, display).
  • Manage external providers and agencies to deliver the digital campaigns with a multichannel approach.
  • Manage different stakeholders and internal clients to achieve the lead generation goals.
  • Be the contact point for the international corporate project for the implementation of new tools and best practices.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing.
  • Proven experience 3+ years in Digital Marketing including social media, digital campaign creation and management, contact / lead management (segmentation and reporting)
  • Knowledge of the key digital tools: Google suite (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console), social media, Hubspot)
  • Experience in performance marketing channels (SEM, paid social, display/programmatic, e-mail)
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in managing omnichannel digital marketing programs
  • Experience in international environment
  • The ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Previous experience with software vendors, resellers or system integrators would be a big plus
  • Previous experience in a B2B company is a nice plus.
