On June 19, 2026, Unione Industriale Pisana hosts a seminar on artificial intelligence applied to sales processes. The event is designed for companies looking to understand where AI delivers tangible results in sales, beyond the hype. The seminar starts from a question many companies are asking themselves: how do you move from broad statements about AI to adoption that actually impacts sales processes? The agenda tackles the topic from three complementary angles – the academic perspective, the technology side, and direct business experience.

Following the institutional opening by Nicolò Quaratesi (Unione Industriali Pisa), Prof. Paolo Milazzo from the University of Pisa provides a framework on AI’s evolution and the skills companies need to adopt and manage it with awareness. A solid starting point for anyone looking to make informed decisions rather than chase trends.

Next, Nicola Di Giusto (Sales & Marketing Manager at Vianova), introduced by Francesco Bacchini, Apparound COO, shares a firsthand account of using AI as a driver for the evolution of marketing and sales processes, with reference to the first AI feature rollouts within the Apparound platform. A concrete case showing real needs, early results, and future development from the perspective of those who live sales every day.

The program closes with a guided discussion among participating companies on AI applications in B2B processes and the role of the local ecosystem, followed by a networking session.
