With the 2026.1 release, Apparound takes a further step in the evolution of its sales ecosystem, strengthening its positioning as an all-in-one suite capable of governing the entire commercial process - from offer configuration to sales network performance management.
The objective of this release is clear: reduce operational complexity, increase process control, and deliver a smoother, more intelligent, and integrated user experience.
1. Post-Sales Module: New Operations on Active Contracts
The sales process does not end with the signature. With this release, Apparound extends the Post-Sales module, integrating it as a natural continuation of the sales flow for even more comprehensive end-to-end management.
It is now possible to manage all post-signature phases in a structured way:
-
Master data updates: update customer information - address, company name, contact details - without altering contractual conditions
-
Contract amendments: modify economic or commercial terms of an active contract (e.g., plan changes, products, pricing)
-
Electronic signature and document archiving: send contract updates to customers, collect signatures, and ensure compliant digital storage
-
Case history management: full traceability of all post-sales operations
-
Template management: configure custom templates for each document type or variation
-
Contract validation with automated reminders: new reminder activation logic to ensure no request remains pending.
From a business perspective, this results in higher data quality, reduced errors, and improved control over the entire customer lifecycle.
2. Sales Network Performance: SPM at the Core of Strategy
With this release, Sales Performance Management (SPM) introduces a significant innovation in incentive plan configuration: it is now possible to define even complex logic - rules, thresholds, calculation mechanisms - using natural language. AI interprets and translates them into system configurations, dramatically reducing time and dependency on technical expertise.
Sales network management becomes more structured, with support for indirect sales channels, hierarchies aligned with sales data, and data sharing with CPQ to accelerate operations.
Data management follows a Compliance by Design approach: ensuring control, traceability, and regulatory compliance throughout the entire lifecycle, supported by advanced data retention policies and sensitive data management.
3. AI: Increasingly Integrated and Context-Aware
Artificial intelligence evolves toward more targeted and contextual usage, introducing two new dimensions of personalization compared to previous releases.
Assistant Profiling
The AI Assistant adapts its responses based on the operational context in which it is activated - module, process phase, and user role. This enables the same assistant to provide differentiated and consistent support across offer configuration, post-sales activities, and platform administration.
Content Profiling
It is now possible to precisely define which content the assistant can use, shaping the knowledge base according to the specific usage context. This ensures responses are more relevant, controlled, and aligned with operational objectives.
Applied Value
A practical example is the automatic generation of a customer profile from an invoice, reducing manual and repetitive tasks - especially in Energy & Utilities contexts - while improving efficiency and operational speed.
4. Introduction of Workspaces: A New Unified Web Navigation
With the introduction of Workspaces, the web platform navigation experience has been redesigned.
Previously, each portal (sales, post-sales, administration, performance) was accessible via separate URLs. With Workspaces, users can navigate across all suite modules - from offer configuration to post-sales management and performance tracking - through a single navigation menu, without switching URLs or managing multiple logins.
Each user accesses only the modules they are authorized for, based on their role, improving governance and security without impacting usability.
Note: Workspaces are available exclusively on web. The mobile experience remains unchanged.
5. API Services and Integrations: Governance and Control
Apparound continues to evolve its model by introducing new APIs and a profiling feature that enables more precise definition of responsibilities and access permissions for each API - an important step forward in ensuring security and governance.
On the integration side, the main update concerns webhook profiling at the individual CPQ level: calls are now triggered exclusively by the configurator that initiates them, without involving other active processes. Integrations can also be selectively enabled only when relevant processes are in place, thanks to new configuration logic available in the admin panel.
6. Cross-Functional Improvements Focused on Control
The new release introduces several enhancements designed to strengthen operational control and increase effectiveness across sales processes.
Approval workflows for specific discount codes
Approval workflows can now be configured for specific discount codes only. Only those defined by the company trigger escalation, enabling more granular control over commercial policies and reducing unnecessary approvals.
Sales hierarchies
Redesigned interface and optimized user experience for more intuitive and efficient management of sales structures.
Automatic discount logic
Expanded use cases for automatic discounts, significantly reducing manual intervention during offer configuration.
Technical documentation
Updated documentation available on docs.apparound.com to ensure greater clarity and improved platform usability.
With this new release, Apparound reinforces its role not just as a sales tool, but as a strategic platform for governing the entire commercial process.
The result is a more efficient, controlled, and scalable model – where technology and process work together to support business growth.
