Colloquio tecnico

Il colloquio tecnico, tenuto generalmente da HR e da uno specializzato nel ruolo, permette al candidato di interfacciarsi direttamente con l’area tecnica.

Si entra nel dettaglio della mansione e delle specifiche competenze richieste.

Colloquio responsabile area

Al termine dell’iter descritto, se la figura risulta idonea, si passa all’ultimo step, ovvero a un colloquio con il responsabile dell’area o con l’Amministratore Delegato.

Position skills and experiences required for consideration:

  • At least 2 years of design and coding experience with C# and .NET
  • At least 2 years’ experience with SQL databases programming, preferably SQL Server
  • At least 2 years in Web programming, HTML, CSS and Javascript coding. Knowledge of Javascript frameworks like Angular.js or React.js are appreciated

Customer Delivery Manager – Pisa (Ibrido)

The main function of the Customer Delivery Manager (CDM) is to do everything necessary to successfully onboard new customers, deliver projects and support existing customers as required. Every CDM will be a Product Specialist and will be able to perform any job requested, whether that is business analysis, presales, release management, customer escalations, customer management and more. The CDM is the most flexible role in Apparound and helps the communication flow from the business requirements to the technical teams.

The CDM works closely with the Technical Teams and the customer and side by side with the Account Manager. He/She understands the functional and non functional requirements and assists in the ongoing development and support of applications. This person understands business and ensures that there is integration between business and technology.

Tasks:

  • Support pre-sales, by being the product expert and being able to answer detailed product questions (including giving deep product demos)
  • Analyze and prepare pre-sales quotes
  • Deliver business analysis of customer requirements to technical teams
  • Manage and contribute to Sprints
  • Manage small and large customer project profitably
  • Manage product releases, ensuring every defect is successfully managed
  • Manage customer escalations and helps in troubleshooting, in filtering and validating issues and bugs raised by customers, if needed
  • Support the CEO and COO with any customer related, process request or project request
  • Support the product team with business analysis on development Sprints
  • Be the business analysis on customer projects, validating and reviewing requirements if needed
  • Be a testing resource when requested to do so
  • Training customers, partners and Apparounders on the Apparound product

Position skills and experiences required for consideration:

  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology
  • Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables
  • Understanding of ITIL and ESB logic with focus on sales processes and data interchange.
  • Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills both in Italian and English
  • Good understanding of systems engineering concepts
  • Availability to business travel in Italy and abroad

Technical background in the following areas is a nice plus:

Key Account Manager – Pisa (Ibrido)

We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will be excited to help customers to digitise sales!

You will enjoy communicating with medium to large customers, from different industries. You’ll help them to understand how our product can enable their sellers to increase their productivity and boost revenue, by digitising their sales processes. Your mission is to ensure that Apparound becomes the preferred product supplier and is considered a real partner.

The ideal candidate will love challenging customers to improve their sales productivity. You will not be scared to push customers, challenge their assumptions and thinking. According to the company sales strategy, you will be focused on acquiring new customersYou will also be social media savvy and be able to access potential customers with social media, telephone, email and modern selling techniques. You will be passionate about business-to-business, cloud software and mobile apps. You will need to articulate complex functions and capabilities into simple terms that make sense to customers and partners.

Accountabilities

  • Meeting, calling, emailing and communicating via social media with your potential customers or partners;
  • Manage the whole sales process: the identification of the opportunity (in collaboration with the internal team of Lead & Demand generation), the technical pre-sales involvement for complex deal, the preparation of the sales proposal, the manage of the negotiation, the signing of the offer and the formalization of the order;
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline;
  • Evaluate all upsell opportunities in your account portfolio;
  • Nurture and grow profitability across your account portfolio, in line with key metrics;

Experience and skills

  • 2+ years’ experience in a software key account management role (CRM or App solution for sales);

  • Strong influencing skills to work across complex customer organisations;
  • Ability to acquire new customer accounts and partners while at the same time the ability to manage multiple existing customer accounts;
  • Ability to work at a strategic level within multiple accounts but at the same time manage the detail;
  • Ability to prioritise and plan;
  • Ability to draw up a customer sales project or a quote and redact a sales proposal;

Digital Marketing Specialist – Pisa (Ibrido)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join Apparound Marketing team. This role will help drive planning and implementing digital marketing activities for the Italian market.

Core Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to deliver engaging contents, including visually creative and copy leveraging Facebook, LinkedIn, blog and other digital tools.
  • Monitor and optimize lead generation and contact acquisition programs across different channels (email, social media, online portals, display).
  • Manage external providers and agencies to deliver the digital campaigns with a multichannel approach.
  • Manage different stakeholders and internal clients to achieve the lead generation goals.
  • Be the contact point for the international corporate project for the implementation of new tools and best practices.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing.
  • Proven experience 3+ years in Digital Marketing including social media, digital campaign creation and management, contact / lead management (segmentation and reporting)
  • Knowledge of the key digital tools: Google suite (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console), social media, Hubspot)
  • Experience in performance marketing channels (SEM, paid social, display/programmatic, e-mail)
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in managing omnichannel digital marketing programs
  • Experience in international environment
  • The ability to work independently and autonomously
