With this release, Apparound continues to evolve its platform, adding new features that increase operational efficiency, process control, and decision-making speed.

The release extends automation to some of the most critical activities for organizations, from sales performance management to administrative and approval processes to AI governance.

The result is a platform that reduces manual work, improves process traceability, and supports faster, better-informed decisions.

1. Sales Performance Management: from commission administration to process governance

Commission management shifts from systematically checking every payout to handling exceptions only. Reconciliations, clawbacks, partner invoices, taxes, and social security contributions are the biggest drivers of commission processing costs. Apparound automates them.

Faster reviews and disputes: every payout is traced back to the individual sales transaction. Reconciliations, spot checks, and responses to partners take less time.

Protected margins: amounts already paid out are recovered automatically in subsequent periods. Recovery no longer depends on operators and becomes a system rule.

Simpler invoicing: the platform handles employee payouts, partner agreements, and invoice requests to partners, and can capture the invoices they issue. Through integration with other enterprise systems, incoming invoices are matched to paid commissions and posted to accounting; operators only see the discrepancies.

Fewer tax and contribution errors: the solution automatically calculates the tax and social security charges on payouts, reducing the risk of errors and simplifying administration.

Incentive plans you can update without technical support: 2026.2 expands the AI capabilities introduced in the previous version. AI interprets and generates calculation formulas in natural language, so plans can be updated without technical specialists, cutting time and cost.

Rounding out the release are performance improvements, new reports, and advanced audit and monitoring tools.

2. Apparound AI: verifiable answers, consumption under control

2026.2 introduces new tools that let organizations govern how AI behaves, verify its information sources, and monitor its usage. New models also significantly reduce manual data entry.

The assistant can also draw on content published at external URLs and show the sources used to generate each answer. Users can quickly verify where information comes from, which makes AI interactions more reliable.

Less manual data entry: new AI models extract data from ID documents and utility bills. Operators no longer need to transcribe information by hand, which means fewer errors and faster operations.

Consumption under control: new usage dashboards let you track AI usage and manage consumption and available credits.

3. Approval workflows: faster decisions, no bottlenecks

Until now, each approval request was assigned to a single person. With 2026.2, it can be handled by a group of people, and a single member's approval or rejection is enough to move it forward. Approval times get shorter, and one person's absence no longer stalls the flow.

4. Cross-platform improvements: measurable adoption, a more robust platform

  • Usage analytics: more precise usage data shows how users work and which features they actually adopt, supporting data-driven decisions.

  • Workspace: navigation across areas is now more consistent and intuitive, improving the user experience and reducing the time it takes to reach tools and features.

  • E-signature: signature processes can be configured to each organization's needs, and pre-signature pages can be branded with the company's identity.

  • Compliant digital archiving: each company or legal entity has its own settings and credentials, covering more types of documents and contracts.

  • APIs and integrations: new data available via API makes it possible to sync business applications and reduce manual work in post-sales.

  • Performance, infrastructure, and security: the platform gains further optimizations in reliability, scalability, and data protection, ensuring business continuity and supporting organizational growth.

With the 2026.2 release, Apparound extends automation from sales processes to the financial and operational processes that govern them. Commissions, invoices, clawbacks, approvals, document management, and AI usage become easier to control, measure, and scale. The result is a more efficient operating model: users focus on decisions and exceptions, while the platform automatically handles repetitive, low-value tasks.

AI enters your processes on the terms your company defines, with verifiable sources and transparent consumption, helping build a faster, more controlled, data-driven organization.
