On 13 October Apparound released a new app version, the 2018.4. The release launches a brand new module, the Contract Generator, and improves the app user experience, much to the advantage of sales effectiveness.

The new Contract Generator module works in the final part of the sales process and is fully aligned to the Electronic Signature. The module enhances the contract generation process thanks to greater automation of the main steps and faster management of contract data. With the Contract Generator the contract is automatically generated from the quote: all the information collected with the customer during the quoting phase is dynamically included in the final document, avoiding the seller to write or copy the same data several times. Once the contract is generated, it can be accompanied by additional data and attachments and is ready to be signed with the Electronic Signature. Both modules are available in the Professional and Elite editions.

The new release also includes important innovations in terms of usability and sales experience. The quoting process has been shortened and simplified and sellers are now able to generate quotes with fewer steps. The entire journey of the Guided Quoting has been redesigned to allow sellers to go faster through quote composition and to deliver a better shopping experience to customers.

Other improvements have been introduced at the Admin Portal level. First of all, admin users can now easily define the discount logic and priority and sellers can assign manual discounts with more accuracy and with an improved range of options. Secondly, sales Tracker has been enriched with a new type of reporting dashboards, which can be personalised from the Admin Portal. Finally, admin users can bulk add or update products and prices via .xls import/export, APIs or Zapier.

In Apparound we simplify sales processes to improve sales productivity. Our October version further simplifies the quote-to-order process to allow sales teams to achieve higher performances. The new Apparound’s version is available for download on App Store, Google Play and Microsoft Store.
