Creating a “Zap” is very easy!

Automation is based on events: when something happens in one app, an action is triggered in another. In this way you can sync your apps with Apparound and vice versa. Here’s how it works:

  • First of all, define the event that you want to set as “trigger” (e.g. a new row on a Google Sheet or Excel).
  • Then, define an “action” that is what happens after the trigger (e.g. “create a new customer on Apparound”).
  • Finally, test the integration to make sure your “Zap” is working and the job is done, Zapier will constantly monitor for the trigger and will complete the associated action.
