Getting a first meeting with a prospective customer can be hard work. There are lots of tools available to help sellers organise their time, document calls made, create a pipeline of leads and to schedule meetings. When the customer wants a quote, the seller and buyer can collaboratively build a quote together in real-time, adding and removing products and services to suit the customer’s needs. Once the customer is happy with the quote, a contract can be generated and they can sign electronically. Both the seller and buyer save time, as all steps can be completed face-to-face in one meeting. If follow-up meetings are required, the seller and buyer can pick up the conversation from where they left off. For example, if they started to work on a quote at the first meeting, they can quickly bring up the quote and continue to work on it until the right solution is found.
